What Happens After I Purchase?

After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to a questionnaire. Please complete and submit the form. This will give our healthcare team an insight on your goals and obstacles, and allow them to get a head start on forming your treatment plan.

At the bottom of the form, there will be a calendar for you to pick a day and time to start your program. At the time you choose, you will receive a call from a health coach who will go over the program details and formulate your unique weight loss plan. On this call you and your health coach will create your month long meal plan together. They will fill out your plan step by step with input from you on your likes and dislikes.
