  • 1 packet BestMed Weight Loss Pancake Mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen and thawed blueberries


  1. Prepare mix according to packaging directions
  2. Heat non-stick skillet to low-medium and pour mix onto pan
  3. Sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons of blueberries on each pancake while cooking
  4. Turn and cook until bottoms are golden brown
  5. Plate and enjoy!
