This recipe livens up chocolate cookies with our healthy chocolate shake mix and a dash of vanilla extract. Simply mix together the ingredients and bake - for light, fluffy, and incredibly soft chocolate dream cookies which will satisfy your cravings and leave you feeling happy and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Chocolate Shake Mix
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • No stick cooking spray as needed

Directions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Beat egg whites until dry and stiff.
  3. Add shake mix and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix thoroughly without over mixing.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls on baking sheet bake at 350 for 5 min.
  6. Serve.
