  • 1 packet BestMed Weigh Loss Chicken Soup Mix
  • 4 oz water
  • 4-6 oz chopped spinach or broccoli (pre-cooked)
  • 1 cup Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless (pre-cooked)
  • 2 oz creamy salad dressing, fat-free
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp paprika


  1. Combine the soup mix with water (If a thinner consistency is desired use additional 4 oz of water one tablespoon at a time)
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
  3. Microwave in 30-second increments until you reach desired temperature and consistency.
