High Protein BBQ sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 package of NutriWise Cream of Tomato Soup
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ½ cup water
- Onion powder to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients to a smooth consistency
- Serve on a protein of choice & enjoy
Beef Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1 package of NutriWise Beef Bouillon Soup
- ¼ cup water
- 2 packets diet sweetener
- ½ tbsp. ground ginger
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
- Dissolve beef soup in water
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixed well
- Allow meat to marinate about 5 hours in a covered dish
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:

Mock Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 package NutriWise Chicken Bouillon Soup
- ½ Tsp. garlic powder
- ½ Tsp. ground white pepper
- 8 oz. chicken breast
- 1 tsp. light olive oil
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients in a bag
- Shake chicken in a bag until coated
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet
- Add chicken, and cook until done
- Serve & Enjoy
Swiss Steak
Ingredients
- 1 package NutriWise Cream of Tomato Soup
- 3 ½ round Steak, cut into strips
- ¼ cup green peppers, diced
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
Directions
- In a small non-stick frying pan combine steak and vegetables
- Add salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Cook until meat is slightly browned
- Mix soup according to package directions, then pour over vegetable mixture
- Simmer on low heat for approximately 30 minutes
- Serve & Enjoy
No Dish Summer Medley
Ingredients
- 1 Package NutriWise Chicken Bouillon Soup
- 1/2 Cup Yellow Summer Squash, Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Celery, Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place all ingredients in a small baking dish, sprinkle with Chicken Soup.
- Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
Marinated Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 Package NutriWise Beef Bouillon Soup
- 8 oz. Water
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Parsley Flakes 1 Pound Mushrooms
Directions
- In a small saucepan dissolve beef soup in water.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.

- 8 oz. Water
- 6 oz. Chocolate Flavored Low-Calorie Soda
- 6 Ice Cubes
Directions:
