The best part is our plan consists of keto-friendly pre-packed weight loss products, so your time in the kitchen will be far less than if you were to adhere to standard keto.
The keto protocol calls for high fat and low carbohydrates so the foods you eat will need to reflect this nutrition profile. Generally speaking, those who do keto can eat green vegetables, some non-green vegetables, some extremely low-sugar fruits, nuts, seeds, eggs, some dairy, and oils. They cannot eat bread (or anything else with grains), pasta, beans/legumes, sugar, rice, corn, milk, or other items that are high or moderate in sugar or carbohydrates. Our keto-friendly program isn't as limited as our medical grade weight loss products consist of old favorites such as pasta, pancakes, cereal, chips, bars, and more, however, they are formulated to still be low in carbs so it only tastes like you're cheating!
The Doctor's Weight Loss Keto-friendly evidence-based meal plan is low in carbohydrates, and moderately high in fat and protein, resulting in effective weight loss results. You will start with four keto-friendly weight loss products (shakes, puddings, bars, soups, chips, snacks, desserts, entrees, and more) and one sensible meal per day. Our keto-friendly tracker application will allow you to track your calories and macronutrients, as well as have access to multiple meal and recipe ideas which follow the keto protocol. And you won't be alone--with use of our app (included in the keto program), you will have direct access to our in-house nutritionist.
There are three stages in Doctor's Weight Loss Keto-Friendly. Stage one is the most effective and should be followed until you reach within five to 10 pounds of your goal weight.
