4 oz. of water

  1. Prepare the pudding according to package directions

  3. Freeze for 40 minutes.

¼ cup Cottage Cheese, 1% fat

Artificial Sweetener

4 oz. water, cold


  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Chill and serve

Chocolate Dream Cookies

This recipe livens up chocolate cookies with our healthy chocolate shake mix and a dash of vanilla extract. Simply mix together the ingredients and bake for a light, fluffy, and incredibly soft chocolate dream cookies which will satisfy your cravings and leave you feeling happy and healthy.


1 packet Chocolate Shake Mix

3 egg whites

1 tsp Vanilla extract

No stick cooking spray as needed


  1. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Beat egg whites until dry and stiff
  3. Add shake mix and vanilla extract
  4. Mix thoroughly without over mixing
  5. Drop by teaspoonful on a baking sheet at 350 for 5 minutes
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Lemon Ice

Simply mix in with ice cold water and enjoy the delight of a tasty drink which fits well into your calorie budget.


1 packet of ProtiWise Lemon Drink Mix

6 oz. water


  1. Combine Lemon mix and water, stir thoroughly
  2. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze
  3. Place two or three cubes at a time in a blender with 2-4 teaspoons of water and blend until smooth.

Strawberry-Kiwi Frozen Pops

Make your own berry flavored popsicles at home and get rid of the high sugar, calorie-laden supermarket brands. Through his simple recipe, all you need is your favorite drink mix and water.   1. Prepare a packet of fruit drink mix according to package directions
