- 1 packet BestMed Weight Loss Pancake Mix
- 1 packet BestMed Weight Loss Oatmeal with Apples & Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Prepare toaster oven to 400° F
- Coat 2 foil muffin cups with fat-free cooking spray
- Combine dry mixes and water and stir until all powder is incorporated into the batter
- Divide batter between two foil muffin cups and place on a toaster-size baking sheet or piece of aluminum foil
