  • 1 packet BestMed Weight Loss Apple 'N Cinnamon Oatmeal
  • 1 small apple, peeled and sliced thin
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Pumpkin pie spice to taste
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar substitute
  • Non-stick cooking spray as needed


  1. Mix oatmeal, spices and brown sugar substitute together
  2. Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Beginning with apple slices and ending with Apple'n Cinnamon Oatmeal mixture, alternately layer apples, and oatmeal.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 min
  5. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
