Divine Pancakes

  • 1 packet Dulce de Leche Caramel Pudding
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Egg Beaters or Egg White
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Cooking Spray as needed


  1. Combine pudding, flour, baking powder and nutmeg in a medium size bowl
  2. Add egg and water to dry ingredients and stir until moistened
  3. Coat a pan with cooking spray and turn stove to medium heat
  4. Spoon 1/4 of the batter at a time onto the heated pan and cook until slightly brown and then flip to cook the other side
  5. If a thinner batter is desired, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time
