Who doesn't love a hearty macaroni pasta salad? A must have in many American households, this is a dish we've all grown up eating. Through a healthier reinvention, we've taken your favorite dish and made it a lot easier on your weight loss diet plan. With fresh vegetables, and the aromatics of fresh parsley, this is a must try recipe. 


  • 1 packet Cheesy Mac Pasta Mix
  • 1/4 cup diced Radishes
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp diced fresh parsley
  • Dry mustard dash


  1. Prepare macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Stir in radishes, cucumber, vinegar, dry mustard and parsley.
  3. Chill, serve.
