Protein Pudding Pops

Looking for a refreshing summer treat that won't derail your diet? Look no further than these pudding pops! Whether you stick with the classics or mix it up, these pudding pops will certainly satisfy your sweet tooth. 



  1. In a small bowl, mix one packet of mix with 4 oz. water or milk
  2. Spoon mixture into two popsicle molds or paper cups
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and secure in the center
  4. Freeze for at least 90 minutes
