Chicken Alfredo with Vegetables

  • 1 package ProtiWise Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz. grilled, boneless, skinless chicken breast, seasoned to your liking
  • 1/2 cup cooked whole grain pasta
  • 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • Splash of lemon juice


  1. In a saucepan, combine soup mix, cheese, and 4 oz. water
  2. Heat over medium-low heat, whisking until soup mix if fully dissolved and is heated through. Consistency should be thick and creamy
  3. In a separate pan, saute the spinach, tomato, garlic, and lemon juice until fully wilted
  4. To serve, plate pasta and add sauce, spinach, and chicken to plate
