Ingredients:
- 1 packet of our Vegetarian Joe Diet Entree from Doctors Best Weight Loss
- 5 oz of HOT water
- 1 oz of cooked peeled chestnuts
Directions:
- Combine the content of the Vegetarian Joe packet with the 5 oz of hot water in a saucepan. Stir thoroughly.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened; stirring frequently.
- Add the chestnuts.
- Add everything to your favorite meals
