Ingredients

  • 1 packet BestMed Weight Loss Chicken Soup Mix
  • 5 oz water
  • 1/4 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1/4 tsp basil, dried
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese, fat-free
  • 2 oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless, pre-cooked

Directions

  1. Combine soup and boiling water
  2. Mix in oregano, basil, garlic, and onion
  3. Add cream cheese and stir until well blended
  4. Cut chicken into bite-size chunks and add to soup
  5. Microwave on a low heat setting for 1-2 minutes to heat the mixture
  6. Mix and enjoy!
