Tender Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 package NutriWise Cream of Beef Bouillon Soup
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together, except the steak, to make a marinade
  2. Place the steak in a shallow pan and pour the marinade over
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours
  4. Remove steak from refrigerator and broil for 4 minutes on each side
