The Program:

During this 90 day program, you will get one-on-one tailored weight loss support from a variety of health professionals. Our Health Coaches will help you lose weight by forming a body and lifestyle conscious plan tailored specifically to your needs. This includes building out a custom meal plan, fitness program, and lifestyle analysis. Through this process, the goal is not only to have you lose weight—we want you to undergo a physical and mental revitalization.

This more holistic and mindful approach to weight loss is designed to help those who are willing to change their mindset when it comes to weight loss, and gain a better understanding of leading a healthy life. While participating for the full 90 days is not mandatory, it is recommended to truly benefit from the plan. You are welcome to try it out for a month and decide from there if this is the solution for you.

What Happens After I Purchase?

After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to a questionnaire. Please complete and submit the form. This will give our healthcare team an insight on your goals and obstacles, and allow them to get a head start on forming your treatment plan.

At the bottom of the form, there will be a calendar for you to pick a day and time to start your program. At the time you choose, you will receive a call from a health coach who will go over the program details and formulate your unique weight loss plan.
