  • 1 packet BestMed Weight Loss Chicken & Vegetable Cream Soup Mix
  • 8 oz boiling water
  • 1 cup frozen leaf spinach or broccoli, pre-cooked
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 2oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless, pre-cooked
